Stage 2 of the long-distance hiking trail "Wendland Rundweg", Lower Saxony.
This is the second stage of the Wendland circular trail, which runs for almost 200 kilometres through the Elbhöhen-Wendland Nature Park. At around 12 kilometres in length, this section from Wietzetze to Göhrde is also quite relaxed. Incidentally, the hike is particularly beautiful when the lilies are in bloom. Countless field lilies immerse the lily trail, which you walk along for quite a distance, in an orange sea of flowers. Once you arrive in Göhrde, we recommend a short walk through the pretty village.
