The Lilienthal cycle route Li2 leads through the old town centre of Lilienthal, past the monastery church and the "Jan Reiners" railway station to the district of Trupermoor. From 1900 to 1954, the former Lilienthal small railway station was a central stop for the Bremen - Tarmstedt railway line. In 1992, the station was extensively renovated and restored to its original state. The next stage of the route leads via Worphausen to Lüninghausen and Frankenburg, which got its name from the nearby Höge. Originally, the Höge was a hill fort built by Emperor Charlemagne around 810.
