The certified quality hiking trail "Ith-Hils-Weg" runs for around 80 kilometres over two striking mountain ranges in the eastern Weserbergland.
The fifth stage of the Ith-Hils Trail begins in Delligsen and runs along the ridge of the Duinger Berg to Duingen. The highlight of this hike is certainly the Lippold's Cave, which was used as a fortress in the Middle Ages. If you fancy a little more culture, you can also take a detour to Alfeld and visit the Fagus factory there, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
