You can hardly get more variety than on this mountain bike tour through the marvellous low mountain range landscapes. You start in the imperial palace of Goslar, ride through the dense forests of the northern Harz, pass a picturesque dam and a cave and have the opportunity to take a break in beautiful villages such as Hahnenklee (refreshment stops available). The ascent to the Schalke in particular is quite steep in places, which is why a good basic level of fitness is an advantage. The route can be reached by bus and train.
