If you are looking for a challenge, you can switch to the mountain bike trails of the Bikewald Spessart at the Kahl spring. The Bamberg Mill is a good place to take a break. The way back can either be very relaxed through the Biebertal valley or - for a little challenge at the end - via the Bieberer Pfädchen.
