Schlüchtern - Weiperz- Sannerz - Herolz

Varied cycle tour in Schlüchtern, Hesse. It goes into the Hessian Spessart Nature Park. Start is at the Jacobsgärten. The route heads south between the small nature reserves "Weinberg bei Hohenzell" and "Lietebach und Keiterberg von Ahlersbach und Hohenzell". Continuing through magnificent forest and wide fields, you pass the Weiperz-Berg and finally reach the village of the same name. This is a wonderfully relaxing trail, with the hills as your constant companions. You continue on to Sannerz. Opposite the village is the Almighty Mountain, possibly a joking exaggeration for this beautiful hill, which is 446 metres high. Shortly before you reach your destination, you come to Herolz, where you are accompanied by the small river Kinzing, which takes you back to the starting point. Accessible by bus and train.
