This circular trail is located in the Frau Holle Land geo-nature park and has a lot of wonderful nature to offer: On narrow paths, you hike along orchards, bubbling springs and juniper heaths and the Frankershäuser karst landscape of the Kripp and Hielöcher caves. Of course, this tour through the open countryside around the Hoher Meißner also offers beautiful views. The route is marked with the yellow "P2" symbol. Please note: The old hiking trail "Meißnerland P2" has been split into two new routes, "Frankershäuser Karst P2" and "Höllental P23". If you are travelling by bus or train, we recommend using the bus stop in Berkatal-Frankershausen.
