Stage 4 of the long-distance hiking trail "Kellerwaldsteig", Hesse.
The Kellerwaldsteig quality trail is a 160 km circular hike in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park.
The fourth stage of the varied long-distance hiking trail begins in Basdorf and ends in the town of Waldeck. You hike almost continuously through the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. If beautiful forest paths and great views of Lake Edersee are not enough, you can experience some action at the Edersee summer toboggan run and the associated leisure park. Once you arrive in Waldeck, you can round off the day with a cosy stop for refreshments. Overnight accommodation is available.
