It goes through the New Garden, the Volkspark Potsdam and along the banks of the Jungfernsee back to the New Garden with Cecilienhof Palace. The palace is the last palace built by the Hohenzollern dynasty. It is constructed using traditional materials such as brick and wood and blends in beautifully with the New Garden, which was laid out in the 18th century. There are places to stop for refreshments.
