Königs Wusterhausen - Zernsdorf Lock - Lake Zeesen

Varied circular tour near KW in Brandenburg. From Königs-Wusterhausen (KW) railway station, the route leads over the Funkerberg and the A10 motorway down into the Dahme valley, under the A10 motorway, over the new cycle bridge and across the Dahme to Niederlehme. A detour to the banks of the Dahme with a view of KW harbour can be taken here. The route continues along the road to the Zernsdorf lock and from there into the countryside, the "Tiergarten" of KW with a view of Krimnicksee and on through Waldesruh to Zeesener See. It is possible to swim here in summer months. Follow the farm track to the campsite and from there along the shore to the Köbiskrug lock, the southernmost point. The route finally returns along the western shore, past Senziger Luch and Krebssee back to the starting point. Highlights: - Radio museum Funkerberg - Sluice - Lake Zeesen with bathing facilities
