Picturesque and idyllic cycle tour in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps near Warngau, Bavaria.
Start at the railway station in Oberwarngau. The tour runs in a wide arc around the Elbberg (773 m). The route continues steadily up and down via Piesenkam and Sachsenkam to the Reutberg monastery. Here you can take a "pit stop" in the cosy monastery beer garden and rest your tired legs. Now continue to the Kirchsee lake - don't forget your swimming trunks and towel! We return to the starting point via the Warngauer Weg and Thannseidl. Great views and lovely resting places are the reward for your hard work. There are numerous places to stop for refreshments.
