Panoramic circular route near Benediktbeuern in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps.
The Tutzinger Hütte is located in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps at 1,327 metres and is open seasonally. From Benediktbeuern, or from the Geschwendt district, a varied ascent leads along the torrent nature trail through the Lainbach valley to the hut. The ascent is rewarded with great views and hearty local dishes. The trail can be extended from the hut with a circular route to the Benediktenwand. Along the Lainbach stream via the wild stream nature trail, the route finally leads steadily downhill back to the starting point.
The tour is also suitable for cyclists. In some places there is no internet/mobile connection, so a downloaded map is recommended.
