The starting point is the car park at St Sebastian's Church. Take care when crossing the main road when walking towards Breitenegg. The castle dates back to the 13th century and had Romanesque and Gothic architectural elements, but is now just a ruin. Now follow the Breitenegg path towards the forest. Where the forest meets the Wissinger Laaber, turn sharp left and cross the river. Follow it again in the direction of Breitenbrunn. You reach Premerzhofener Straße, which you follow uphill for a while and then turn left onto a forest path towards the sports field. Cross the Laber once again, walk alongside the campsite and cross the main road, keep left and after about 100 metres turn right onto the forest path until you finally reach a paved road again. Take a sharp left onto the country lane and walk past some viewpoints back to the starting point.
