The start is on Feilnbacher Straße east of Hundham, where there is a car park. The route first heads southwards via the village of Schwarzenberg to the Dürnbach. Follow the B5 hiking trail. A mostly gentle ascent leads up to the Schwarzenbergalm, near which the actual Schwarzenberg is located in a clearing. Here you can experience pure Bavaria and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Although the mountain is only a little high, it offers a magnificent view of the foothills of the Alps. After circling the beautiful mountain, you return to the starting point. There are refreshment stops in the surrounding area.
