This hike leads along the idyllic forest paths of Königswieser Forst from Leutstetten Castle to Gauting and back. On the way there, the route runs almost continuously along the Würm. There are also two "Burgställe" ("castle sites") here - places where there are very few remains of a castle.
The start is at the Leutstetten bus stop. There is a castle restaurant nearby where you can stop for a bite to eat after the tour.
