From the fire station, head north, leaving the school on your left, along a meadow path and continue along the tarmac road until you reach the bridge at Hohenwarther Mühle and cross it. Now follow the road to Thening and cross the village until you reach a sharp left-hand bend. Here the markings point you to the right onto a forest road, which you follow to the Schönblick mountain inn. From the terrace you have a marvellous view of the pilgrimage site of Neukirchen b.Hl.Blut and the Czech Republic.
