The panoramic hike or border hike on the Fellhorngrat is a popular themed trail in the Kleinwalsertal valley in Vorarlberg.
The tour begins with the Söllereckbahn cable car and initially takes you up to 1358 metres. From there, the route follows a slightly ascending path to the 'Anderl-Heckmair-Gedächtniseg', which leads in serpentines through alpine rose slopes to the Söllerkopf (1940m). The beautiful and varied ridge hike continues over the Schlappoldkopf (1968m) and the summit of the Fellhorn (2038m). A marvellous Alpine panorama accompanies the entire tour.
After a short descent to the mountain station of the Fellhorn cable car, the route continues along a wide hiking trail to the Gundsattel (1808m), before hiking back up to the mountain station of the Kanzelwand cable car and the Kanzelwand. The railway then takes hikers back to Riezlern in comfort. Green Walser buses depart from the valley station and take you back to the Söllereckbahn car park.
