Idyllic nature hike in the Neckartal-Odenwald Nature Park.
The starting point is Walldürn railway station. Heading south-west out of the town, you reach the idyllic Eiderbach stream and follow it through a fairytale forest area to the campsite. Cross the road there and continue through the forest to the Märzenbrünnle, where the Märzenbrünnlein chapel is located. From there, the route leads back to Walldürn, through the town centre and into the fields to the east of the town. There you will find the Marsbach stream and immediately afterwards the remains of the former Roman baths, also known as the fort baths. Accessible by bus and train. There are refreshment stops at the start and end of the route.
