The Tieringer Hörnle circular route is a certified premium hiking trail that leads along the edge of the Albtrauf, through old beech and fir trees and unspoilt forest into the idyllic Schlichemtal valley. The trail offers an excellent combination of forest and meadows with panoramic views. A recommended stopover on hot days is the source of the Schlichem.
There is a bathroom at the Schlichemhalle car park. Many hiking trails start from here, all of which are well-marked and well-maintained. There are refreshment stops in Tieringen.
