The Wolfacher Schlossblick is a certified premium hiking trail. The starting point is the Wolfach train station, so the beautiful circular route can be easily reached by bus and train. In the course of the route there are some steep climbs to be overcome, for example it goes quite steeply up to the upper Siechenwaldweg. To compensate, there are of course very relaxed sections where the tranquility of the forest can be enjoyed. It goes past the Berghexenlandeplatz and other striking viewpoints with a view of Wolfach Castle. A highlight of the tour is the St. Jakobuskapelle, a historic pilgrimage church that is picturesquely situated in the forest. There are several places to stop for refreshments in town.
