Family-friendly walk with monkeys on Lake Constance, Baden-Württemberg
An ideal family walk through the Salem monkey enclosure. Around 200 Barbary macaques live here in a 20-hectare forest - without cages or fences. Also impressive is the lively herd of fallow deer, a picturesque stork pond with numerous water birds and giant carp as well as a free-flying stork colony. Almost 50 pairs of storks breed on the roofs of the Affenberg every year! After the tour, the cosy farm pub with beer garden and large adventure playground invites you to linger.
The paths are unpaved. There are wheelchair-accessible parking spaces in the front area. There are barrier-free toilets in the inn.
