Beautiful and scenic cycle tour. The only bumpy section: a short stretch (300m) around the Griessee to Seeon, otherwise mainly tarmac and some gravel (surfaced). Only a few hills at the start, from Eggstätt the route is flat. Refreshment stops: Seeon, Hartsee (Eggstätt), Stetten (nice inn), Gollenshausen (on Lake Chiemsee).
