Stage 1 of the long-distance cycle route "Naabtal Cycle Route", Bavaria. This is the first stage of the almost 100 km long Naabtal Cycle Route, which leads from Luhe to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Regensburg through the Bavarian Forest and the Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park. From Etzenricht via Oberwildenau to Luhe to Pfreimd. Continue to Trausnitz, past the Pfreimdtalsperre dam and along the lake. Then it's approx. 4 km. uphill with an average gradient of 8% and a maximum of 12% to the Hochspeicher reservoir. Back via Weinried, Tanzmühle, Preppach. Woppenhof, Schwarzberg, Matzlersberg with a maximum gradient of 12%. Continue to Seibertshof and Luhe am Forst. From Oberwildenau back to the starting point in Etzenricht.

Wonderful cycle tour in Trausnitz, Bavaria. Riverside path for the first 3-4 km in many places not rideable, rather for the good mountain boots, but beautiful landscapes!
