Best moderate trails in Plauen

This is a beautiful short hike with many highlights in the surrounding area. It begins by crossing the Nymphental valley, which runs alongside the Kaltenbach stream. At the Teufelskanzel, the path turns left and leads to the magnificent Elster Valley Bridge, a 19th century aqueduct. The trail then loops through the forest, visits the Julius Moses Tower and offers beautiful viewpoints. Finally, it reaches the Weiße Elster and leads back to the Teufelskanzel. Beautiful city walk through and around Plauen, Saxony. The circular route is a lovely walk in and around Plaue. The route leads through the Reichenbach suburb, mostly along the Weiße Elster river through Alt Chrieschwitz to the wooded area near the Reißig industrial estate.
