Best partially-paved trails in Arnsdorf

On forest and farm tracks from Arnsdorf via the Tanneberg, Massenei, Bretnig-Hauswalde to the Buschmühlenteich (bath). The route has very little tarmac, is GPS mapped and suitable for MTBs.

The route is on well-maintained forest and farm tracks. At Pulsnitz, the route crosses a field for approx. 200 metres. At the foot of the Keulenberg, the left-hand path towards "Keulenberstraße") is easier to cycle. ATTENTION ! If you are not experienced in downhill cycling (touring bikes!), you should also use this route on the return journey, because on the descent from the mountain, the route leads over a short but steep, stony trail that is not suitable for inexperienced downhill riders!

The route leads over forest and farm tracks. The proportion of tarmac is rather low. There are 3 smaller single trails along the Wesenitz. "Brave" cyclists can try it on a touring bike, but should then be prepared for pushing sections. The scenery takes you through the Massenei forest area, along the Wesenitz and through the Karswald forest.
