There are marvellous views of Lilienstein and Königstein. ATTENTION CYCLISTS: There is no fixed cycle path between Königstein and Rathen. Initially there is only a beaten track, later a forest path. If this is too risky for you, you can alternatively take the ferry from Königstein to the left bank of the Elbe, cycle along the cycle path to Rathen...

"Brave" cyclists can try it on a touring bike, but should then be prepared for pushing sections. The scenery takes you through the Massenei forest area, along the Wesenitz and through the Karswald forest. Stolpen Castle can be seen near Rennersdorf and the highest points are the Große Stern and the Tanneberg at 301 metres.

At the foot of the Keulenberg, the left-hand path towards "Keulenberstraße") is easier to cycle. ATTENTION ! If you are not experienced in downhill cycling (touring bikes!), you should also use this route on the return journey, because on the descent from the mountain, the route leads over a short but steep, stony trail that is not suitable for inexperienced downhill riders!
