A beautiful tour with varied views and sections through the forest. An easy ascent and then a walk around the mountain, so little difference in altitude. Parking is available at the hiking car park in the centre of Kirchrarbach, from where you can follow the K6 sign. You soon leave the village and follow a tarmac road that is not too steep.
