Best bike touring trails in Nettersheim

The Erft cycle path runs from the source to the estuary over 110 kilometres from Nettersheim to Neuss and is marked throughout with the route logo. The route leads along tarmac, partly tarmac, mostly traffic-free cycle paths and mostly directly along the Erft. There are hardly any inclines or steep gradients. The cycle route is therefore also suitable for inexperienced cyclists, families and children. Recommended in 2-3 daily stages.

This legendary royal route is the longest and most challenging of the Guelph cycle tours and leads over 152 kilometres with 1,250 metres of cumulative ascent through the countryside of Lower Saxony.
