Best lake trails in Kalkar

This route makes a loop around Lake Wissel and also explores the Wissel dunes. It starts at the Wisseler See holiday and camping park. It heads north towards the dunes, passing the Wisseler Park on the way. On the way back, the trail runs alongside the lake for a while before returning.

An interesting and varied tour has been created along the fields and meadows, through the idyllic forests of Sonsbecker Schweiz.

This route starts in the town of Kalkar and explores the fields and farms in the surrounding area. It takes you as far as the Rhine, which you have a beautiful view of. On the way back to Kalkar, you also pass the Wisseler See lake. Ideally, the route should be covered by bike, but it can also be done on foot if you prefer.
