Best camping trails in Arnsberg

Near-natural section of the Sauerland Forest Route near Arnsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia. The fifth stage of the Sauerland Forest Route takes you from Arnsberg's old town centre up into the forest, past the Eselsbrücke bridge and further up to Breitenbruch. Along rich flora and fauna in the numerous nature reserves, the route leads to the Hevesee lake and on to the Torhaus, the stage finish. A relaxed tour north of the Hochsauerland in the district of Soest, which does not involve too many metres in altitude. However, you do gain a few metres in altitude on the way back to Arnsbeck.
