Panoramic circular route in the Weserbergland, Lower Saxony. This beautiful circular route starts in Welliehausen and leads through the Süntel to Hohenstein, past Hohenacken and Osterberg. From there, great views over the Weserbergland can be enjoyed. The last section from the Süntel Tower is a pretty steep descent and leads back to the "Waldgaststätte" at the Süntel Tower, which is a nice refreshment stop. Stage 3 of the long-distance cycle route "Weserradweg", Lower Saxony. This is the third stage of the Weser Cycle Path, which is one of the most popular river cycle paths in Germany. This section is characterised by historic castles, palaces and churches. You should also not miss the famous Münchhausen Museum of the Baron of Lies in Bodenwerder.
