From the car park at Tegernsee station (760m) head NNW on the Höhenweg to St. Quirin (630m). Turn right onto the Buchbergweg and follow the forest road on the Prinzenweg circular route via Oberbuchberg (800m), Unterschuss and Oberschuss (840m) to Gschwend (780m). In Hausham (760m) turn right onto the alpine road towards Gindelalm.
