Best bike touring trails in Kochel

Scenic road bike route in the Bavarian Pre-Alps. A pure road tour between Kochelsee and Walchensee. The cycle tour starts at the power station in Kochel and first leads over the Kesselbergsattel. It then circles the picturesque Walchensee. An entertaining cycle tour with a few metres of elevation gain. Great views and lovely rest stops are the reward for this effort. This route follows the first stage of the Marvin Route and connects Lake Kochel with Seefeld. From Lake Kochel, the trail first continues toward Lake Walchen, linking two large pre-Alpine lakes in the opening part of the stage. Beyond the lake, the landscape gradually begins to change.
