Best partially-paved trails in Freyung

From the town square, the route heads south to Hermannsau. Continue via Ochsenberg, "Maria Traum", Geyersberg and Merterberg and Solla back to Freyung. The hiking sign is a white 6 in a red circle.

From the Freyung town square, the route leads via the villages of Schönbrunn and Pittersberg to the Langholz forest. The route continues to the Ochsenberg field and the village of Winklbrunn. The circular hiking trail no. 9 leads along the Pfarrsteig via a settlement to the new cemetery near Schönbrunn. The trail continues along the bee nature trail via the villages of Schönbrunn and Perlesöd to a forest meadow.
