Best partially-paved trails in Chamerau

Popular circular hike in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park, Bavaria. The starting point is Chamerau railway station. Walk along the Bahnhofstraße to Gilling and continue on the hiking and cycle path along the Regen to Miltach. In Miltach, turn left along the Perlbach stream to the B85 subway. Continue to the cemetery to Berghäusl, Kollmitz, Staning and Hörwalting. From there you walk back to Chamerau via the Steinklammer. The starting point is Chamerau railway station. On the station road through Gillinger Holz to the Gillisberg Fatima Chapel. Ascent via Gillisberg to Roßberg (667 m). Descend through the forest via Holz am Kreuz to Lederdorn. Ascent to Haidstein (750m, pilgrimage church of St Ulrich). Marvellous view over the Regental valley. Past Lufling to Runding (castle ruins), via Göttling back to Chamerau.
