Best forest trails in Bopfingen

This route is stage 3 of the Albsteig (HW1), a long-distance trail along the northern edge of the Swabian Jura. From the car park in Aufhausen diagonally up onto the heath. Follow this uphill with views of the Ipf and the surrounding heath with some rocky outcrops. The tour goes along or over most of these hills and rocky outcrops in the direction of the Ipf, which is why you gain quite a few metres in altitude.
