A nice and quiet hike! It was a pretty boggy hike this one so just make sure you wear appropriate hiking boots an you’ll be sweet

Breathtaking scenery, if you’re dogs are anything like mine keep them close as the cliffs edge is exposed.

Stunning views along the amazing welsh coast with some lovely beaches an hidden coves along the way.

Did the route Mwnt to Aberporth but messed up starting recording. After reading review was worried about overgrown path but it had been recently cleared so we found that it was a good path. Lots of stunning views, plenty of wildlife to spot which meant our run was a bit stop / start as we stopped to look at everything and move things safely off the path. Sightings included seal, gannets, butterflies, beetles, caterpillars and lovely wildflowers. Did well to avoid stepping on an adder and then were treated to 3 red kites over MOD Aberporth. The small wooded section around the side of the MOD property was also a pleasant surprise. Really enjoyed our run and would say the rating of the route as moderate was fair. A bit up and down but nothing too steep and a bit uneven slippery in places but nothing too terrible.

Started from the car park at Mwnt, initially the views were amazing. We then proceeded east towards Aberporth along the coastal path, for the majority of the route is overgrown Fern resulting no views at all unless you're 7ft tall! a little disappointed.

I use this route for trail run training - great run/walk. Outstanding views along the west wales coast

Long trousers recommended, lovely views of the coast.

Great walk, part of a lovely estate that is very well maintained. Not very strenuous. Lovely views of the waterfalls and the robbers cave at the end of the red route is great !

Great trail, very well marked. Stone steps that can be slippery when wet. Great views of the waterfalls.
