Great little walk. Relatively easy in comparison to a lot of the other Welsh walks. Some great views of the lakes.

One of the best places to go! A lovely walk with different routes surrounding, and beautiful scenery along the way and a few sheep! Can face different weather conditions but is normally on the muddy side!

I did this walk anti-clockwise and I think the incline was slightly steadier than doing it the otherway. I would walk this way again as on the return leg I came down off the hill and straight into the carpark which I was grateful for. Parking is on a National Trust Car Park for £3 a day or free to members. Lanes approaching the carpark are single track. Gets very busy near summits and of course you have to queue to take a photo at the trig point but the rest of the route had far less traffic. 95% of paths very clear

Stunning views of forest waterfalls, sweeping landscapes and a mountain lake. Especially pretty in the fall. Bring change for parking as the tea shop was closed when we were there in the middle of the weekday.

Nice 2 day trail, good for if you want a weekend blast. Shows off the industrial/mining heritage of the area. Can be completed all year round.

great trail, prefer west to east due to better public transport connections. This is one of the wilder trails in the UK sign posting few and far between you will need maps/gps

Walked from the car park in Newgale toward Solva and back, absolutely stunning views some lovely little bays hidden away, a few steps up and down the coast, heavy on the knees... But well worth the scenery

Hiked this route at the end of August with my 10-yr old son. Trail was steady in climb but not too difficult. 2hr 45min up and 2hr 15min down again. Only met a handful of other walkers, while many other popular routes in Snowdonia where very busy. Would highly recommend as an alternative to hiking Snowdon. Great views on-route and at Summits.
