Did this a couple of years back. Amazing hike with amazing views at the top. Not an easy hike so very rewarding once completed.

Good hike, beautiful in new snow. Didn’t need snowshoes and spikes were helpful, though not necessary. Didn’t see anyone else on the trail today (01/01/19).

I hiked this at the end of August and there was a lot of snow. I almost got blown over by the wind at the top! It is steep the whole way up except for a few spots. If you are doing it, come prepared with water and layers.

I hiked this trail with my 50 year old mother. If she can do it, you can too. That being said there is a point about a mile in that the trail path got obscured. My mother and I ended up climbing the mountain off trail for a while until we met back up with it. We we're able to take the trail down the whole way. The view on top is beautiful, but make sure you're prepared with hiking equipment and a positive attitude.

This is an average Trail. Nothing too exciting. $5 to get into park. There are much more scenic trails in Colorado but if you want a Sunday afternoon walk this would be good.

Beautiful. May take longer than you think to complete the hike. Route-finding can be difficult in the boulder section and may not be appropriate for children, older folks, or disabled. A stunning annual run for us with access to the Middle/Grand saddle.

Was a Scenic trail. Loved the rock formations. We got to hike thru little snow. on the shaded side. Was a great trail for these Kansas visitors.

Nice easy hike. Fun. Pet friendly. Not buggy in October. Like many other reviewers, I would second that there aren’t a lot of trail markers. I used the all trails app (free) to stay on the loop. We did see an animal carcass (smelly
too) today near the west turtle rock trailhead but we didn’t see any live animals on our walk except for birds.

We managed to do this trail in 4 hours between rain showers. The canyon is wonderful and great fall colors. No sign of bears but it is prime territory’s I tale precautions

First real big hike in Tetons. So worth the hike. Definitely gotta go again. Challenging hike and rock scrambling.

This was a challenging hike, and steep at times but slow and steady wins the race on this one. The views at the top are incredible! You can see all the way to the Grand Tetons. But make sure to bring warm layers for the top, it was a beautiful sunny 65 degree day at the bottom but incredibly windy and cold at the top. Thankfully people have built small rock wall barriers that you sit in and eat and relax at the top. We made it up in 2hrs 20min and it took about 1hr to get down. Coming down was challenging at points because of the steepness coupled with all the loose rocks and dirt, I recommend finding a walking stick.

A great hike to test your legs and your stamina!

Definitely moderate trail. But I would totally recommend hitting the moose pond as a bonus. We saw 3 moose on our journey and it was a spectacular falls at the end! Worth the steep grade up and very quick hike out going down hill.

Fantastic trail, with breathtaking vistas, trail challenging enough to be exciting. Love it

Very nice view 360 degree view from the top including Yellowstone Lake and other mountain peaks. Not an easy hike and the 4.1 mile distance is definitely off. My Apple Watch recorded 5.53 miles, someone should get this distance updated. I was hoping to see some bighorn sheep or a grizzly at distance but didn’t see either. Challenging but well worthwhile hike.

Nice alpine hike on top of Rendezvous Mountain. Hike up, or take the tram, to the summit of the mountain then follow the well marked trail through light patches of forest, talus fields, and a final rocky scramble back to the top of the mountain where the tram can carry you back down the 4000 feet to the resorts below.

Great views over the Snake River and the Teton Range. Deer and marmot can be seen at elevation. Moose are milling about further down the slopes.

This isn't a nicely manicured tourist trot despite being a stone's throw from the resort. "Moderate" assumes good fitness and acclimated. Don't bite off more than you can chew. If hiked counterclockwise, about 800 feet of that elevation is packed in to the last half mile.

Amazing trail, not too steep and has amazing views of the rocks. Easy to get to, but does cross the road a few times. The trail frequently splits with no signs indicating which way to go, so I recommend bringing a map. We didn't mind getting a little lost because it was all so beautiful!

It's nice, I've done with along with amphitheater and delta lake. But if you feel that's too much, skip this part and only do the lakes!!! They are much nicer

Better than doing the full lake, but you can take a ferry there and do the canyon instead.

Great hike! Being from Washington and sea level, the elevation was the biggest challenge, like some others have said. My husband and I could not catch our breaths by the time we were about halfway up! Gorgeous views though of the park, lake, and mountain ranges.

One of the prettiest places I've ever been. fairly easy hike with some steep areas, but nothing to be afraid of. When I went their were tons of mosquitos. The fishing is good if you have the patience for them. overall, I would recommend this as one of the best places to go in the US.

This hike was HARD but so worth it! I consider myself in shape however the elevation kicked my butt. I panted the whole way up because it is quite literally a constant incline. It gets a little sketchy up top with loose rocks that make you feel like you might slip right off the Mountain. The views are spectacular throughout though! I’ll be sore for days but I’d do it all again! I think the distance should be edited - my Fitbit tracked 3.05 miles one way - which would make this hike 6.10 miles not 4.1.

Short and rewarding hike. It was a steady climb most of the way with a lot of rock scrambling towards the last 1/2 mile, but I didn’t find it particularly challenging. I reached the peak in about an hour and 15 minutes and down in less than an hour. Great views at the top but it is very windy so layers are a must!

Nice hike, but you have to really plan well, because the tracks are so well shown. The aren’t many and getting lost can be easy. The area is very pretty. Use good hiking shoes.
I have to add that you will have to pay 43$ to take the “tram” (cable).

Unreal trip, bugs were nowhere to be found which was great, didn't even bother putting deet on. Got a great spot at island lake for the night. Wish i would've done two nights on the trail, maybe another night on Seneca Lake? Was a little busier than i expected for a Monday.

Beautiful morning!!
