We loved the trails definitely will return

Others mentioned before me the less than ideal marking all over the trails, stemming from an abundance of trails that may have been stomped out by others off the main drag. the trail was obviously popular. I ran into other hikers, a couple bikers, and a fair amount of other people in general walking dogs on the trail. Still, it was scenic and pleasant. I hiked it in December when the snow was either packed down into almost ice or melted into mud, making for slick hiking. Keep your hiking boots close and your elderly hiking partner (who happens to be a dog) closer.

So much to explore!

An easy hike with beautiful views and an old little chapel! Not exactly moderate by any means. Who rates the difficulty anyway? Been around the state parks and Ice Age segments and many difficulty grades are off, at least to my family of hikers and trail runners.

nice trails to hike in the green bay area. also it is dog friendly on the trails south of Lineville rd.

Great trail close to home

Gorgeous views from the bottom of the falls but difficult to understand where the trail is supposed to be. Lots of places to explore though!!

Beauty beyond imagination! Native Wisconsin prairie was my favorite part of the park. Monarchs were hatching everywhere!

disappointed waterfall and creek dried up and not sure how to follow the trail

Lovely trails. Would be helpful to have more signage!

Drove from Appleton (roughly 30 min) on a rainy Sunday. Planned on hiking elsewhere after our time there as it stated only a .5 mile trail. After spending 3 hours here we didn’t have enough time. Tons to explorer and a variety of wildlife. One of my favorite spots in Wisconsin yet

Great trail! Minus the bugs. But that was to be expected. I went in the middle of summer and there’s tons of open water. I can’t wait to visit again!

Fun trail, incredibly dog friendly. Bikers, runners, and hikers are all very friendly and respectful of each other

recommend bug spray and hiking boots for full enjoyment. mostly dry creek bed lots of fun for exploration. unmaintained trail with dangerous edges - not for young children.

Great trail with kids and a stroller. It’s a nice view by the bay and is a very easy hike.

Great trails always go for biking or for a nice hike to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

The trail is well marked in the locations least needed. Lots of forks with no markings so determining your path is difficult. Highway noise is constant so don’t expect a quiet hike. Lots of up and down hills which makes this moderate. Cute creek towards the end. If I was a local I’d use this for running.

Too many potheads.

A great place for birding and easy hiking or trail running. Avoid in the middle of the summer when the horseflies will swarm you.

Love this trail . Its a very peaceful place to go take a walk. I also found it to be a great place to snowshoe.

loved the trails, and some off trail areas, too. I like that the trails are more rustic. They were a bit icy today, but still enjoyable.

Nice little walk and nice view of the lake.

Great trail. Come early in the morning to watch the sunrise on the bay or the fall colors if you can. Traffic on the trail is much lighter then as well.

The trail has a lot of transitions in the walkway surface. With packed earth, gravel, paved, and mulch trail surfaces through out.

The eastern part of the trail is the most serene and offers diverse natural plants and terrain. If you move quietly the wildlife will be plentiful.

Kind of fun to see Lambeau cottage as well.

What a nice trail! Somewhat challenging. Very well maintained. I will definitely go back. Bug spray a must.

Good place to explore...had fun with the wife and kids on Fathers Day. As others have mentioned, would rate it moderate, not hard. Had some steep ascents, but they were short and usually followed by an immediate descent. Most difficult part of the hike was trying to stay on course...trail is not very well marked, and no park maps to refer to. Lots of "unofficial" trails intersecting the main trail and caused us to backtrack a few times. Liked that the trails were natural and more primitive...nice to enjoy some local trails that aren't dumbed down with gravel or pavement. Scenery was so-so...no overlooks that we found on the east side of i43. Will go back to explore more...

This is a nice little trail. However, I would not rate this as hard. More like moderate.

This is a hidden gem. I recommend getting off the paved trail and following the creek. Just watch your step. I fell in.
