Great autumn day! Trail was a little wet, but plenty ok for me and the pup! Trails are well marked, but you still feel away from civilization for a little bit...

Beautiful, nice trails, both through woods and prairie settings. Highly recommend! Know that there is parking on top of the hill for trailers, do not use the smaller lower lot by HWY 78.

Beautiful fall colors. Well marked.

Trails are very poorly marked. I ended up on the disc golf course while people were playing.

There's more trail here then the maps indicate, most of them unmarked and some not very well maintained, with multiple splits. Make sure your phones charged, you don't want to lose GPS if you leave the main trail. Paths were very muddy after recent rain, but the view of the lake from the cliffside at the end was worth it.

Made the trek from the boat launch to the falls, 3.6 miles round trip, and did the 178 steps at the falls to the overlook! Absolutely stunning views both of the falls and the overlook!

pretty muddy but doable. love the fall foliage.

It’s fee based area trails.

Nice day for a trail run. A nice mix of grassy and rocky trails, along with moderate elevation changes. My first time on this trail. The only downside is a trail fee of $8 for the day, but not a deal breaker. So, bring a bit of cash or check book. Enjoy!

A bit flat and monotonous with scenery mainly inside a forested part of the park. You pass by camp sites, and sometimes go up or down a slight hill.

My old stomping grounds. Get trails. Gentle and rolling hills.

Trail has great views of the lake and is mildly rustic. Benches are along the trail only in places that face the lake. Pets are prohibited which I didn't know until I arrived. Due to this, I won't be returning as by doggie is my hiking companion.

great well kept trail and the overlook shelter is a great place to watch the sunset over Minnnesota's hills. the history of the trail, knowing it was built by young men by hand during the great depression to help support their families make the stone staircases and shelter an engineering marvel

Definitely nice scenery and plenty of options in terms of trails to switch around on. I wouldn't consider the trails to be hard though, maybe intermediate. overall it's a nice place.

This Park is awesome. There is more Hiking than is displayed in the description. We hiked 5 miles comprised of Hiking and biking paths. The scenery is beautiful with, what appears to be, invasive plant management. Some trails are flat, some rolling and some more steep.

The Park offers a ton of amenities - hiking, biking, volleyball, fishing and even a place to get beer and brats.

They’re restoring the creek, which was nice to see.

Beautiful hike through the forest. Some parts can be challenging, otherwise well worth hiking.

Nice well marked trails. Took my dog and he wore out before we completed the full trail. Fairly difficult with hills but a nice challenging hike.

Very nice trail. Quite a bit of diversity in scenery for being in the northwoods. Would recommend doing this hike.

This trail has nice views. However it is posted that dogs aren’t allowed. We brought dogs with the intention of walking the trail with them

nice trails to hike in the green bay area. also it is dog friendly on the trails south of Lineville rd.

I love this walk! Every time I come up
From GA I have to spend some time on this trail.

Gentle hike with a few hills. through a variety of landscape and enjoyable especially during fall color change.

Best trails close to metro area to hike with your dogs. Not as busy as Lapham Peak.

I love this trail! Great for daily/weekly exercise and many peaceful views along the way through Stevens Point and Plover. Many small trails off of it to explore. The Schmeeckle Reserve section is fun for kids to explore as well. Always see deer and they love how tall the cattails are.

Spent about 3 hours on the more/most difficult trails. Definitely challenging in some areas and a little confusing at times, but plenty of maps and markers. so peaceful and didn’t see another person the whole time! Saw a few deer. Well maintained trails.

Great Kettle Moraine trail. Nice mix of mature mixed hardwoods, New growth forest, open lots, creeks and some marsh. Mowed wide trail with some ups and downs. I would rate it as moderate for Wisconsin in difficulty. Definitely in my top 5 hikes in Wisconsin.

Horseback riding is awesome

If you live here sure it is a great trail. If not maybe skip it. It is a mowed woods walk. Maybe good for a dog walk.

Short but gorgeous. This is one of my favorite hikes, it’s so pretty. Would be an awesome loop for trail running too.
