best time to walk on Thanksgiving. have fun yall

A wonderful well-maintained trail. Just enough of a hill to give a little challenge. Plenty of nature for the pups o explore.

Great jog with views of downtown Seattle

Definitely need a light to run at night. Run is simple and paved and takes you towards the Ferris wheel. Nice run.

Amazing trail run. I thought it would be super muddy but it was quite dry and pleasant even after these few days of rain. Awesome transitions with the scenery and fairly engaging overall. One of my new favorites

Beautiful views on the water and a great loop to walk your dogs! Makes me wish I lived nearby, such a pretty area Note: this park requires either a fee of $10 at the pay station (or online) or the Discovery Pass

I would definitely recommend this trail for dog owners. There are many on-leash trail options and a big off leash area where dogs can run free. There is also a doggie course and a small dogs area.

I parked at the Visitor’s center and hiked the trail counter clockwise. Loop trails are my favorite bc I enjoy getting to see new things all along the way. I definitely recommend popping into the visitor center, especially if you have young kids. My toddler enjoyed playing in there for a few minutes and I appreciated being able to pee in a decent restroom before heading out onto the trail. There is a changing table in the (ladies) restroom , which is a rare luxury to find at most of the trails I have been to. I found the trail to be jogging stroller friendly. There was only one spot where there were a few stairs, but I was able to go off to the side there. There were some muddy spots, but nothing awful and the BOB held up well. The trail is pretty well marked with posts along the way, indicating which way to go. The map on the app here helped me keep track when I was unsure. Lots of road crossings, although I never encountered any vehicles. Everyone I encountered on the trail was friendly and I never felt afraid, even being a woman out alone with my child. The water views are stunning and make the trail worth it, even on a cloudy day. My toddler loved the playground that is along the trail, near the visitors center. I was definitely surprised by this gem of a park- with forest trails, sound views, and a wonderful playground. We will definitely be back!

Got lost! There were a lot of unmarked trails. It was a small enough area to find our way back out without much problem, but we spent most of the time questioning which trails to take. Ultimately didn't make it around the creek, but across after scrambling along the creek bed and over some tree roots.

This was a fun trail with multiple routes. Took a little detour with my dogs, and found Hidden Lake. Can't wait to bring my niece here.

Gorgeous oasis in the middle of a fairly busy neighborhoods. There are so many side trails and bridges to explore! My dog and I walk here frequently and still find new forks in the side trails often.

Very busy trail with lots of bicycle and foot traffic.

I went on 10/23/19. It was such a perfect day for a walk at kubota gardens! The weather and everything was perfect! I took tons of pics. I love going to this place and seeing all of the changes during each season. This visit was my favorite. The colors were really popping during my visit.
