My kids loved it! Lots of cool sights and info along the way. Perfect little trail for young kids.

Perfect road and trail conditions for the first 3 miles. The last mile to the summit is 100% snow covered with 12+ inches of slushy snow, some post holing dangers, and difficult route finding. I was lucky to follow fresh boot prints through the fog from a group of 4 ahead of me. Recommend gators, waterproof boots, poles, and navigation tools. Magical place transitioning from winter to spring. Can’t wait to go back on a clear day!

Awesome hike through several little canyons and rock structures. Gorgeous foliage. Little overgrown but not bad. No real trail end.

Wonderful hike through a magnificent rainforest with interpretive signs along the way.

Love this hike. Trail is completely cleared of downed trees

Between the drive out and the trail itself, I don't think you could ask for a better overview of the Quinault Rainforest. I hike for solitude though, and you won't find any of that here.

Great for a short hike! my 3 and 5 year old loved it. The lake at the end is totally worth the walk.

Beautiful scenery, beautiful hike, gorgeous destination. Highly recommend.

We did this hike in August. It was sooooo hot and for that reason it seemed so difficult. the path is very rocky and muddy. Make sure you stretch before you take this hike!

Currently lots of logs on the trail in some places near the lake. Otherwise a beautiful, easy hike!

Beautiful and very easy to navigate! Tons of trees down in some parts that required lots of scrambling, but nothing very difficult

Great, quick and easy trail. Graveled but some mud here and there. Huge tree was down on the trail but is cleared now. Good for getting a look at the Rainforest without spending much time. took me about an hour.
