A little icy in a couple of the places that the sun didn’t hit, but other than that it was easy to follow and wasn’t crowded at all!

I would consider this on the more difficult side of moderate only because of the incline. The views from the top make all the effort getting there worth it.
There were tree trunks and quite a few rocks on the trail but other than that doable. I saw many dogs and young kids so anyone can do this hike.

nice path

Best walk downtown olympia. Always beautiful.

Love this trail. Takes us an hour 45 to go up and down, we run most of the way down. There are logs down over the trail currently just FYI!

Lots of downed trees but very hikeable and busy Sunday morning. Clouds in the valley looked great!

about as fun as walking through a golf course could be...

Went around 1030am on a Friday and there wasn’t much of a crowd. The trail is well maintained and you can feel the slight incline going up but it’s not overly challenging. Beautiful views at the top and a good spot to take a break with a snack before heading down. Took a little under two and half hours in total.

This is good for a one-way trail. The start of the trail closest to the freeway almost looks like it’s next to an old landfill. Walking up the trail into Milton it looks like every home developer chose to have their water drain flow beside the trail which takes away from the beautiful nature. I wanted to do this trail because I thought it would be good for rollerblading, but the surface is a little too rough and a lot of roots are already pushing through on the lower half.

One of my all time favorite trails. The view is beautiful and I went on a clear day so you could see for miles and miles. We brought lunch to eat once we got up to the top as well.

Loved this hike, would suggest to start really early to avoid the crowds on your way up.

This was my 2nd time coming here. I love it. I hated outmaneuver underneath the fallen logs from the storm not to long ago. If you have bad knees yes this will be awkwardly painful. Other than that at the ledge it was super windy and cold. Took my group of ladies about 3 hours to finish. The sunset was pretty <3

Went at 1:15pm. Very crowded in parts of the trail but was able to run some on the way up and down. Beautiful views! Worth every bit of traffic!

This was a great trail to bike and not have to worry about cars. I went mid-day to take advantage of the warm weather. There were quite a few walkers close to the towns, but I had the trail to myself in between, passing a handful of bikes going the opposite direction. Beautiful scenery; very well maintained trail.

Not too strenuous and no views going up. Views at the three ledges aren’t as good as surrounding national parks.

No snow or ice on the path at all. It was a little crowded even though we went up around 9am but the view up there was amazing. When we went down around 1pm the parking lot was packed so I would recommend to go there early.

Completely paved trial. Good amount of ups and downs if you're looking to raise that heart rate. Sunset is the time of day for the prettiest views over the water. Off leash ares for the dogs. Very well kept as it is part of the golf course. Bathrooms are also available. Perfect for just about anyone.

Beautiful paved trail. My favorite part was the bridge with trains passing under it as well as the amazing view of the mountains on a clear day with the crystal clear water. The traffic was pretty heavy the day we went, but it was a peaceful walk for the most part. It also has a playground for the kids and a small dog park.

This is my 2nd hike to Rattlesnake Ledge. Beautiful well maintained trail, no ice or sleet. Fairly easy hike to the top for moderate to experienced hikers. I went at 8:30, wasn’t as crowded. The view was amazing! Very windy at the top, but I took a break to eat and the scenery was just wow! Additionally, bathrooms are well maintained and stocked. Unlike many other places that I have hiked to. I will definitely go back again.

Nice walking trail, some waterfront. Trail goes by a great, huge dog park.

Delightful loop trail around green lake. Quite busy on the weekend. Lots of dogs on leashes and good people watching

this is my favorite option for when I don't have the time to drive far, but I'd really like to be surrounded by trees.

Signage easy to follow, and an easy trail to walk or run, as your preference.

Great rewards for such a short hike! Only 2 miles to the top, but still a workout. No snow or ice. Trail is in good shape and bathrooms at the trailhead we're clean and stocked! (Always a plus)

Easy walking on fairly level paved trail. It is best suited for biking or running. Parts of the trail we're less appealing as it feels like you are walking through the neighboring houses backyard.

Perfect walk friendly people along the way.
