It’s ok for the hills. It had one -two nice views. Most of it is logging road-which is fine. I thought the top was a little bit of a let down though.

Cool, access the trailhead by going north on Vantage hwy from I90. Go a mile or so and take a Rt onto Recreation Dr. Eigth of a mile and gated trail entrance on left. Gate has a combo lock from State parks, discover pass required to park. Can get thru without combo if on bikes, sxs will need lock combo....

Off Road DrivingGreat!Over grownRocky

Did the 9021-110 side road. Pretty quick. Narrow trail, Rocky... nothing hard. Did not go all the way, the trees started to get pretty thick. Nice in and out trail. Saw an owl (Flew right in front of us, and there is an old forest logging piece of equipment.

Steep trail through old logging forests around Sumas Mountain. Starts on Sealund Road in front of a few houses, with limited parking (about 3 vehicles). Views of Deming and Everson throughout, with views all the way to Canada on top. Goes back down about 500 feet in elevation to Lost Lake, connecting back to the logging roads on the SE and SW side of the mountain.

Off Road DrivingMuddyRocky

Very fun trail. You can do the lower portion or go through NF-160 and do the upper portion only (the upper part is more fun in my view). Getting there is all climbing up, some gnarly climbs especially if wet. Did it in a GC trailhawk and it had no problem. I wouldn’t try it with a CUV... underbody protection and rock rails highly recommended. Enjoy!!
