Walking

This is a very nice, easy walk between some farmland and the bay. I saw a blue heron, quite a few red tailed hawks, and flocks of starlings. No other people out while I was walking along. I would have given this a 4 star review but the visibility was very low due to wildfire smoke so you couldn't see anything past the marshy sloughs.

WalkingGreat!Muddy

Fun, easy trail. Great for families with small children. If you’re bringing a dog, know that you have to get across a couple of small, muddy channels that require crossing on logs.

Flat, open views of the bay, and nice breeze. Scenery doesn’t change, so it’s pretty all the way.

Great trail! There are a lot of trails that shoot off of Little Mountain Trail. There is signage, however, I don’t think they are very well marked to lead you onto the correct trails. There’s no mileage on the signs and they can get a little confusing. It’s a wonderful hike at a light moderate level with lots of beautiful forest. The trail is well-maintained. Enjoy!

WalkingGreat!No shade

Nice, flat, maintained gravel trail along the bay. Completely out in the sun the entire path, so put on your sunblock. Great for families. Wheelchair, and stroller accessible. There is a honey bucket toilet at the beginning of the trail. Parking for maybe 10-15 cars, but also a few spots up by the toilet. When we arrived at 9:45am there were only 2 other cars. When we came back around 10:45am the lot was full. There are also garbage cans along the trail, so please use them! Aaaaaand pick up your dog poo! A few benches along the path if you want to take a break, bird watch, or have a snack. Happy Hiking/Walking! Enjoy :)

Walking

Beautiful but very sloshy. Went 2 hours before low tide, came back 30 minutes before low tide, and walked in a few inches of water or mud the whole way in and out.

Nice trail. not a lot of traffic on this.. lots of twists and turns. I parked near bathroom and walked across street. took south connector all the way down to street at archery place and back up.

So beautiful. Make sure to go up the rock trail on the left when you get close to avoid the insane mud bath trail ahead.
