We hiked a series of trails in the park to create a loop — moving along the Mainline Trail the most. I like of the lushness and greenery of this trail. As with many trails in Washington, it is nicely and clearly marked. We were able to take some great pictures, which is always something we factor into whether or not we will save a trail for a future re-hike. It is easy, even for the novice hiker.

It was great and easy hike for my boys (both under 5 year age) but the trail was not groomed and full of ferns and berry bushes that often blocked the trail. Some of the interpretive signs are missing/broken.

This is actually called the Wetland Plateau Trail. I would also downgrade this too "Easy." There is virtually no elevation gain. it is just a walk through the trees. Regardless, it was a beautiful set of trails that I would go back to. I took my 75-year-old mom who hasn't been able to get much exercise since some recent surgery. it was the perfect hike to get her reacquainted. It's also awesome for those who like bike trail riding.
