Fun, easy to reach, great for dog walking. Easy enough for my 9yo to trek around with me.

Water fountains should be working past March, at least. No toilet facility along the trail. River views from benches are obstructed by brush. Otherwise, a good trail.

It's a short walk with an amazing splash of colors. Perfect for a family walk or a quick photo backdrop for couples.

The lake is very serene and the multitude of bird species are quite used to all the human foot traffic. It is paved and a great place for a walk, bike ride, stroller or jog.

We stayed right and it was really muddy at first but once we reached the top it was sunny and beautiful the rest of the way. Would do again.

This trail is nice. Well maintained and has a beautiful creek at the bottom. There's also different routes to exit off of the trail if you would like to make it shorter.

The inclines are manageable and get the heart rate going. In addition, there are paved roads at the top of the trail that allow you to add distance to your hike.

The one draw back is inconsiderate dog owners who allow their dogs to run free 100s of feet ahead of them. for a person who doesn't like dogs this is very annoying!

But overall one of my favorites!!!

I decided to do 5⭐ because in the pictures it looks pretty

Hiked on May 18: well-marked trail until 3.7 Miles. After that there is no trail. Beautiful scenic views, tons of wildflowers. Be sure and check out Yacolt Falls on the way back.

This must be done at sunset to really appreciate the hike and view. We modified the trail a bit to take in all the views and it was totally worth it.

Beautiful trails! A lot of horse poop but easy to follow trails and a lot of miles to be had here!

Sunday was a beautiful day for a quiet low impact family walk. Breseman is just over 1 1/2miles. There's a flowing creek that we enjoyed crossing by balancing on logs and the walk is pretty shaded with a canopy of mature trees. Our 9 year old daughter enjoyed climbing the rock mountain. Parking was free and convenient to the trail at Sprinker.

Quick, easy hike that is fun to run! Muddy in a few spots but overall dry. Came during sunset and got a beautiful view on one side and Mt Rainier on the other. Many intersecting trails and lots of mosquitoes.

It’s a nice walk, I prefer a trail that is more out in nature.

Hiked this trail today. it is well maintained and easy to follow. It was well marked. saw a lot of scat on the trail and one pile may have been bear. Paved road untill the last mile or two then its gravel but in good shape.

A nice escape from the city, but not stroller friendly and I did manage to get off track several times. There are multiple trails within the loop and easy to get lost. I had to travel uphill a few times as well. I would like to try it again sometime with a carrier for my little one.

Good trail for a strong workout and to be in nature. Some parts are very narrow and elevated so falling would be disastrous. I wouldn’t recommend the full trail for little kids, and proper hiking boots are essential.

Beautiful sunny day in spring. Tons of flowers. A good heart pumping hike to a beautiful view of the mountain. i was greeted by hundreds of butterflies in the clearcut revovery zone.

Excellent hike. One of my favorites. 6.5 mile loop.

Thus place is beautiful year round, but if you can make it during spring runoff you'll be treated with a wonderful sight.

views are breathtaking. must use ear protection, the high speed traffic is feet away from the barrier

Went early on a Friday morning. So it was basically empty. Well I was walking, my husband was doing the Mt. Bike section. Which he had fun. They have easy & difficult. But best to come really early for that, since it gets packed.

Very nice for a city hike.

from the new parking lot you get a little bit more mileage

Good little hike, very short. The viewing area is good for strollers, but DO NOT try to walk the trail with one! It was painful watching people try to do that through the dirt and gravel. Went on the weekend and it was insanely crowded. Took us about 20 minutes to even find a parking lot. The trail down and back was busy, but not overbearing, unfortunately most people were there just to park and cross a bridge to see the falls, so we barely got a glimpse of the water at the bottom because there were too many people.

This was my first hiking experience. I enjoyed it very much! Some of the areas are a little steep and muddy! I could go here any day!

short. kid friendly. signage sucks but as long as you move uphill it's easy to find the peak. top view is great. we brought a few hammocks to use at the top and found ample places to hang them. trail is well manicured and maintained. this will be in our regular list.

beautiful & easy trail

One of my favorite places to run. By taking lots of small side trails, you can easily get 7-10 miles in there.

Wow, inclines! Great hike although we got a confused by the trail at times, a few offshoots.
