Hiked it last year in the summer

Sunrise hike here is amazing!

Gorgeous views, easy to moderate hike.

Visited last summer and the views were UNREAL. We did the loop in a clockwise direction, heading left at the trailhead; if you hike this way, then all of the elevation gain is done in the first mile or so and there are views the rest of the hike as well as a downward slope the rest of the 6 or so miles. Conversely, if you hike the loop counterclockwise, there will be a lot more uphill hiking as the elevation gain is spread out over the miles.

The falls are pretty, the hike is fairly level/flat and follows gravel roads most of the way. Easy and not too long!

A short, relatively easy hike with a big payoff! The views were better than we expected and Rattlesnake Lake was turquoise green from the top. Took us about 45 minutes up. Trail was in great condition, and there are pit toilets at the park below. The only negative part of the hike for me was the trial etiquette. Lots of music blaring (instead of enjoying the sounds of nature), litter on the trail, and loud hikers. People goof off at the top near the cliffs.

It’s a nice easy trail and light traffic. I would give higher rating but its not all old growth forest and I’m spoiled by some of the other Washington trails.

We loved this trail and hiked to the falls. It was beautiful and would definitely go again. We hiked a total of about 8 miles.

An easy walk along a mostly paved path (some boardwalk and dirt too) but great to take a stroller. Pretty scenic views along the water's edge.

trail was in great shape. it’s not an easy hike but worth it to get the views and my dog loved it.

Nice little park of trails. Went to the north viewpoint and then took La-Z-Boy back down. Will come back here to explore more at some point.

Simply beautiful!!! Bring microspikes.

This hike wasn’t tough. It’s easy not moderate. Signage was really bad, went the wrong way twice. Nice stroll though. Wear boots...there is a good amount of mud and 2-3 washed out sections.

We did the Bresemann Forest Trail almost across the street and decided to add this one afterwards as it was so close. We are so glad we did! It’s funny that we have never ever been here before as it’s only 15 minutes away.... This park is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. We enjoyed walking the paved trail at the parking entrance. So when you enter, park in the first parking lot on the right. First you stroll around the pond and then you make your way to the lake, which is beautiful. We saw lots of people fishing and enjoying their day like we were. Being a Sunday, it was not crowded at all, like I would have expected it to be. Lots of bathroom facilities (although limited this time of year). At the boat launch area you can rent boats, canoes and such! That is cool! Had we of come earlier we would have taking a row boat out. This is a great park for strollers and elders, really no inclines at all, but just a very pleasurable stroll. This was free, did not see any area where they would take money. Maybe in the summer months or deeper into the park itself? Like I said, as soon as we entered, we parked at the first parking area on the right.

Quick and easy hike without hardly any elevation change. The falls at the end of this trail are pretty. It was moderately trafficked in the middle of the day. There are a couple spots where you need to cross the water, so be prepared for that.

This is a great little hike on an unpaved trail. It was really beautiful, especially along side the creek. Parking lot is at Sprinker, we actually passed by it, so keep a look out as the entrance is right next to the big parking lot near the woods. We did this trail on a Sunday and it was not busy at all. There is another walking area almost right across the street at Spanaway Lake, it is a paved trail and since we were there we decided to do both. So glad we did bc I had no idea that Spanaway Lake was that big! Super fun day and do both trails!

Nice easy trail for beginners. The trail can get narrow in spots which make it frustrating when multiple people try to pass. The trail is open to horses so you may need to step off the trail for the horses to pass.

No Tresspassing sign just off the road, trail is no longer open to the public.

Decent nature walk, but the moderate rating is a bit misleading. Trails are almost roads with how wide, flat, and well maintained they are, and only a few extremely short grades of any significance.

The road is closed trying to get to Heart O' The Hills trailhead, you have to walk passed the closed gate about 200 yards to get to the start of the trailhead which starts at E loop. The trail is so tranquil, we were the only ones on the it. Minimal snow patches, wet and soggy trail. Lots of roots through trail. Few trees down to hurtle over.

The falls were beautiful, trails were in good condition but poorly marked. A must see adventure. Recommend taking a picture of the trail so you can tell where you are at.

Beautiful Views, trafficked, good season opener.

It’s a long hike but the lake is beautiful. The water reflects the surroundings and it looks like a mirror.

way to many people

The signage was a little misleading. We ended up on the Holder creek trail I think, which we do not recommend. You can hear the highway during the hike. If you stay on it long enough you end up on the side of the highway. The creek is nice though. And the trail is wide enough for two people at times.

It was quite muddy today but well worth the sweat. The view at the top was very rewarding!

So fun! And easy, great walk through the woods with abandoned cars along the way!

Well maintained trail that pretty much is up switchbacks to the lake. Starts off up right away and then after the lookout is uphill. Lake is very pretty and a great place for lunch. The backside is beautiful with boulder towering over your head. Lots of people and dogs on a Saturday.

Beautiful waterfall, but this is not a actual trail. The falls are right off the road. Parking and bathroom facilities available.

Beautiful, diverse trail. Deep Creek is currently unpassable due to water flow - cross on 7 Mile road. Tranquility was a bit marred by the sounds emanating from the ORV park, but the sights made up for it.
