Very unique walking experience on the wetland! Kids friendly!

Very easy and not heavy trafficked. Trails are a bit confusing as there are a lot of different directions to go but no signage with how to get back to the parking lot. Several times we ended up at the road.

Got some black bear action, stay safe citizens.

Nice urban hike through Mill Creek. Safe. Moderately quiet.

Paved walkway very scenic, saw several different birds, had a few benches along the route to rest. Neat side across bridge leads to small wooden outlook. Also port a potty nearby that bridge.

This trail offers a super easy walk. There is a paved walk next to the river. In all, it is not too sketchy for being in the Everett area. Stroller friendly.

Really great trail! Beautiful nature and scenery along the slough. Great for bird watching. It can actually turn into a loop if you take a left at the Spencer Island bridge and go back on the gravel road between the treatment facility buildings. Not too far to go and well worth it!

I really like this area because it’s very different than my usual hikes it’s along the Slough and goes under the freeway between Everett and Marysville there are 6 miles of paved/gravel trails with footbridges and wooden platforms. There are tons and tons of birds as it is a wildlife sanctuary it’s great for young kids but there are so muddy parts That are just passed the big walking bridge. You have to park quite a ways away,And it’s a little hard to find.

Good for what it is - a short walk on a raised platform over swampy wetlands. I could see this being a great place to run off to on a lunch break to get in a short walk away from the urban craziness. Big negative here was bugs and we were pretty early in bug season at this point.

Did this trail back in March and forgot to post a review. Enjoyable trail overall. We did the little extra loop area as well. It seems like a good place to be on a warm day as it's mostly shaded. I enjoyed it more than the boardwalk which we did the same day. Fun local spot.

Water fountains should be working past March, at least. No toilet facility along the trail. River views from benches are obstructed by brush. Otherwise, a good trail.

It’s pretty enough but The ponds are swampy and if you try to talk be prepared to swallow a bunch of nats/mosquitos.

Beautiful trail, but there can be very creepy people around.

Good

A good inside community trial!

If you're looking for an easy and pretty trail - this is it. Feels rather urban as the entire way is paved.

Short hike. Took about 40min for the whole this. But it was relaxing and beautiful

Easy trail, not too crowded.

a nice little hike close to the city

This needs to be removed from this app, trail is closed to anyone who isn’t a resident there, signs all over saying “No trespassing” for HOA owners only!

private trail. only available to hoa. useless

Due to the fact that the trail needs work, I was unable to complete the loop and basically ran up and down on one side, which was about 3 miles to include from where I parked. so I think the 16.3 mile loop is incorrect, more like 6.3 if you are able to complete the loop. lots of wild life, bird watchers definitely would benifit from this trail.

Nice quick walk, a few streams

I would not technically consider this a hike. This trail is technically private as this is a housing development and it says private property. It was very beautiful to walk around the lake. There were ducks all over.

Connects nicely to Spenser island which is also worth checking out!

Had to stay on one side of the island because I brought a dog, but absolutely beautiful area. The side that allows dogs is the hunting side. The other side is a wildlife sanctuary.

nothing exciting but a great trail for running with my dog. easy to get to and let's you not be on the side of the road. very clean and quite.

Went in July, came for beach and the view. Best to come early in the morning to beat the crowd and grab the spot on the ferry back. Came little before noon and planned on staying for a couple of hours but there was no spot on ferry back until after 4pm so ended up being stuck on the island for 4+hours but it wasn’t bad. The trail was easy and I ended up enjoying relaxing on the beach.

Nice and flat nature walk. The further out you go the less well kept it is and it gets a little narrow. If you take the south route they no longer allow dogs. It must be a bird sanctuary. If you go North you can bring the dogs but it’s an extremely short walk. Maybe a mike total. Ours was five miles doing the south trail.

did this a few weeks ago. trail is not maintained and verry overgrown in parts. not sure why it says this is a 116 mile trail, it wasn't and we did the entire loop. nice nature views
